Wilkerson sexually assaulted an intoxicated freshman after he told her friends he would "take care" of her.

 

"When I'm not having nightmares about the rape, retaliation or a retrial gone awry, I'm having panic attacks," the victim said. "Some days I can't even get out of bed."

 

Judge Patrick Butler said he “struggled” to put him in jail and instead gave him 20 years of probation and 2 years in a prison work-release program
