Robert H. Richards IV was an heir to the multi-billion dollar chemical company, Du Pont.

 

He was convicted of raping his 3-yer-old child.

 

Richards got 8-years of probation and he had to register as a sex offender. He also was not allowed to have contact with children under 16, including his own children. He got no jail time because a Delaware Judge said he would “not fare well” in jail.

Years later, in 2014, his ex-wife set forth a lawsuit where it was said that he molested his son as well. He was not convicted of this.
