Enochs was accused of raping two women. For the first woman, there is surveillance footage “clearly” showing him entering the room after her at a frat party. For the second woman, an eye witness confirmed her story.

 

Even with that much evidence, he agreed to a plea bargain for only misdemeanor battery. The maximum charge normally is only 1 year in prison and a $2,500 fine. Enochs only got one year of probation.

 

His lawyer blamed the whole case on "a whirlwind of emotion surrounding any allegation involving sexual assault on campus."
