He was accused of sexually assaulting “2 of his classmates when they fell asleep after a house party”. He said one of them “didn’t protest” and he that thought it was “OK”.

 

Judge Thomas Estes gave him 2 years probation. Estes said that if he “stays sober and does not contact the women for the next two years he will never see a day in jail, and never have to register as a sex offender.”
