Fifield was accused of sexually assaulting a mentally handicapped woman, who had autism, identity disorder, and five others.

 

He was charged with 3rd-degree sex abuse of a person. This (in Iowa) would normally mean about 10 years in prison. Instead, he got no jail time and Judge John Sarcone said, "prison would not do this kid any good".
